SUMMARY OF FINDINGS
This research examines the impact of purchasing of banking services in competitive environment. The problem and objective of the study, research question, significance of study, scope of study were highlight in the first chapter. In the fourth chapter the data were presented analysis and interpreted. In the final chapter based on the present of the test and analysis carried out a summary of the entire research was done, conclusion were drawn and recommendation were made and suggestion for further research were also made.

CONCLUSION
From the finding of this research we can draw the following conclusion that armchair banking operation is fast disappearing in our banks and creative practice taking over.
Nigeria banks may not be providing the services that meet both local and international demand of the customer. Banks cannot do without property identifying the need of the customer and approach mutely meeting these needs. This calls for the application of the purchasing concept in all the activities of the banks. Because of the intensive competition that is now prevalent in the industry a bank will only succeed by providing qualitative services, which include the proper training of staff.
